What we help with
Therapy isn't only for crisis. Most people come for something ordinary that stopped being manageable.
Our therapists work across the concerns below. If yours isn't listed, it still counts — say so when you book and we'll match you to the right specialisation.
Anxiety & Panic
Constant worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, health anxiety.
Depression & Low Mood
Persistent sadness, numbness, loss of interest, low energy.
Stress & Burnout
Exhaustion deep down, no life, irritability, running on empty.
Relationships
Recurring conflict, communication breakdown, trust, loneliness.
Family & Parenting
Difficult parents, in-law pressure, marriage, parenting strain.
Grief & Loss
Bereavement, miscarriage, divorce, unprocessed loss.
Self-Esteem & Confidence
Inner criticism, comparison, people-pleasing, boundaries.
Sleep & Overthinking
Lying awake replaying conversations, an overactive mind.
Work, Career & Studies
Career decisions, workplace stress, exams, avoidance.
Trauma & Difficult Memories
Intrusive memories, hypervigilance, past experiences.
A note on what therapy is not. Our therapists provide psychotherapy and counselling. They don't prescribe medication — if that's likely to help, they'll tell you honestly and help you find a psychiatrist.

Our therapists
"Therapist" isn't a protected title in India. So here's what we check before anyone sees a client.
Anyone can print the word on a business card. Every therapist on TooHeal clears all four of these before their first session.
Qualifications, verified at source
A postgraduate degree in clinical or counselling psychology, checked with the institution that issued it — not taken on trust from a CV.
Supervised practice hours
Documented clinical experience with real clients under supervision. Coursework alone doesn't qualify anyone to sit with you.
Identity confirmed
Government ID checked and professional history reviewed, so the person on your screen is the person on the profile.
A clinical interview
A structured conversation on approach, ethics and boundaries. Plenty of qualified applicants don't get through it.
Meet a few of them
Real therapists, open this week.
Every profile shows qualification, years of practice, specialisations, languages and fee before you book.

Inside a session
Fifty minutes, and you know what happens in each of them.
Not knowing what a session looks like is the most common reason people put off booking. So here's the shape of a first one.
Settling in
Your therapist introduces themselves and explains plainly what stays confidential. Then one question: what brought you here? "I'm not sure where to start" is a completely normal answer.
The conversation
You talk, they listen, and they ask the questions that go a layer under the story. Nothing is forced — if something feels too raw for a first session, you say so and it waits.
What you take away
They summarise what they heard, suggest something practical to try before next time, and you decide together whether and when to book again.
Privacy
Nobody finds out. Including the people you live with.
Sessions are never recorded, notes stay between you and your therapist, and nothing is shared with family or employers. The practical side matters too — most of our clients live with family and haven't told them.
Camera optional
Audio-only sessions are completely normal. Plenty of people never turn the camera on, and it changes nothing about how the hour works.
Headphones are enough
With earphones in, only your side is audible, and you can speak quietly. Therapists are used to this and will adjust how they ask things.
Book around your house
Early mornings, weekday afternoons, late evenings, weekends. Pick the slot when your home is emptiest rather than the obvious one.
Plain billing
Payment descriptors and emails are kept discreet, so nothing on a shared statement or inbox announces what you've booked.
Pricing
Sessions start at ₹899. What you pay depends on the therapist you choose.
Therapists set their own fee based on experience, specialisation and years in practice — so a newly qualified counsellor and a clinical psychologist with fifteen years of practice aren't priced the same. You'll always see the exact fee before you book, and nothing renews on its own.
Single session
Come once and decide afterwards with real information instead of a guess.
- Full 50 minutes, one-on-one

4-session pack
Most concerns need more than one conversation. Packs bring the per-session price down without locking you in.
- Everything in a single session
- The same therapist throughout
- Valid 6 months · reschedule free
takes 15% off your first session. Reschedule free up to 12 hours before your slot.
If cost is what's stopping you, write to contact@tooheal.com — we keep a few reduced-fee slots each month, and asking for one is not a favour.
Before you book
Questions people ask us most
Start with specialisation — someone who works with your concern regularly will get to the point faster. After that, language matters more than most people expect; being able to speak in the language you think in changes how much you can actually say. Beyond those two, go with whoever's profile sounds like someone you could talk to. If you'd rather not choose, tell us what's going on and we'll recommend one.
Tell us and we'll move you to someone else at no extra cost, and you don't need to explain why. Fit predicts how well therapy works more reliably than almost anything else, which is why changing is built into how this works rather than treated as a complaint. It's genuinely common for the first match not to be the right one.
Yes. Sessions are never recorded, your notes stay between you and your therapist, and nothing is shared with family, friends or employers.
There's one exception and your therapist will explain it in the first ten minutes: if there's a serious and immediate risk to your life or someone else's, they're professionally obliged to act. That's the standard everywhere, and it exists to protect you.
It depends on what you're bringing, and be careful of anyone who promises a number upfront. Focused concerns often take four to eight sessions; long-standing patterns take longer. Most people start weekly, then space sessions out as things settle. Your therapist will suggest an approach once they've heard your situation, and you decide from there.
No, and your therapist won't ask you to stop anything. Therapy and medication do different jobs and often work best together. Any change to medication is a conversation for the psychiatrist or doctor who prescribed it. If your therapist thinks a psychiatric assessment would help, they'll say so directly.
A phone or laptop, a reasonably steady internet connection, and somewhere you won't be overheard. Headphones help a lot. Sessions open from a private link in your browser, so there's no app to install and nothing to set up in advance.
You can reschedule free up to 12 hours before your slot. Inside 12 hours, the session is usually counted as taken, since your therapist has held that time for you. If something serious comes up, write to us — we'd rather sort it out than lose you over a scheduling clash.
For most common concerns — anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties — research has generally found online therapy to work comparably well to in-person sessions, and it removes the travel, waiting rooms and scheduling problems that stop people attending at all. Some situations are better served face to face, and a good therapist will tell you if yours is one of them.
The first session is the hardest one to book.
After that, it's just an hour in your week that belongs to you.
